Policy Statement on Commercial Arrangements

Authors retain full copyright and control of their own work, and can ask for it to be removed it at any time (a maximum of 30 days to do this for downloadable books).

They will receive 50% of all downloaded sales, and 10% of printed copy net sales. This is much better than conventional publishers can normally offer, and is made possible by the new technology of the web, and digital document copiers. A fuller description of the contract can be seen from the authors' pages.

Readers can browse new work, download some free books and reports, and buy others to download safely on an independent secure credit card payment system (NoChex or PayPal), with a guarantee of a refund if you are not satisfied. Printed books will be dispatched by first-class mail (UK) or airmail (overseas). Further details available on request. Your statutory consumer rights are fully supported.  In addition, for most of the time I am open to any buyer reporting dissatisfaction with their purchase, and will seriously consider offering a refund in such circumstances.

Buyers are reminded that copyright laws apply to downloadable material as well as to printed material. It seems absurd to make a big fuss about this, in the days of photocopiers and scanners.  But you buy a single copy, and making copies other than for your own use is illegal.
