| Downloadable Ebook Contract: The author and publisher agree to share in the profits from publication in a fair and reasonable way, as defined in the following agreement. Summary: Fledgling Press (The Publisher) agrees to pay to the author an annual royalty of fifty per cent (50%) of downloaded sales. A full contract for downloads can be provided on request. A draft agreement for printed books is also available. Both are open to negotiation if you wish to change anything.
